The subject of water quality was not mentioned in the open meeting, but the question was asked on how things were going regarding the first phase of the Water Quality Improvement Project. Work will also be done in monitoring calls from customers, with all information assessed before the end of the year. That will be the precursor into whether or not the PUC will move into Phase 2 of the project. Part of that decision will be based on results from another survey from Ipsos-Reid this November.
