The Algoma Public Board of Health received their report on KPMG’s forensic review of operations surrounding the period Shaun Rothberg – or convicted frauster Shaun Rootenberg was employed as interim financial officer.
Sootoday.com  quotes APH Board Chair Marchi Bruni as saying “The board was very reassured by the KPMG findings …  there were no findings of inappropriate spending or personal benefit to a specified individual and no findings of inappropriate access to personal or banking information.”
The province has yet to reveal details of it’s own independent review.
