SooThunderbirds2The Soo Thunderbirds fell to 0 and 2 at the RBC Cup after a 5-3 loss to the Melfort Mustangs.  Owen Headrick led the Birds with a pair of goals and Matt Caruso also scored. Sault goalie Brian Kment was pulled after giving up 3 goals on 10 shots.  The Thunderbirds’ next game is on Tuesday at 8:00 p.m. against the host Portage Terriers, who are 1 and 1.
