Check out beach photos of yourself as a kid. Just look how carefree and happy you were!

Bring your biggest cheerleader with you when shopping, the one who makes you feel like a supermodel.

Pick out a bikini that makes you feel excited instead of terrified.

Then wear it and quit worrying, knowing that you are more than just your body anyway.
