City Police were called to a residence in the 1000 block of Third Line West yesterday regarding a daytime breakin where a rifle and shotgun were stolen.  An older model, small dark green car was seen in the area – with a male passenger described as being in his early 20s, thin build, short hair and a pointy face.
A Police check on two people on Sussex Road last night determined that the 18 year old male was under court order not to be in contact with the female that was with him – due to a previous domestic incident that saw him placed on probation … as a result he was arrested for breach of recognizance.
