The members of Northern and Saugeen Community credit unions have endorsed the merger of their two organizations.  As of September 1st the Saugeen Credit Union will come under the Northern umbrella – with operations to continue unchanged for the coming year at which point a single operating model will be established. The new organization will boast a membership of more than 60,000, with 30 branches across Ontario with assets exceeding $1 billion.
