SSMPSCity Police made a couple of arrests on Thursday.  Officers were called just after 7 in the morning to Sutton Place over a possible impaired driver.  It’s alleged that officers found a male behind the wheel with the engine running.  A roadside test was done where the male had failed.  28 year old Sulaiman Alhassan faces a charge of having care and control of a motor vehicle while over the legal limit when he appears in court on August 24th.

Another man turned himself in on Thursday regarding outstanding warrants for threatening and failing to attend court.  60 year old Alexander Gingras is scheduled to appear in court on August 10th.
