SSMPSCity Police made an arrest after a man turned himself in on Tuesday.  24 year old Brandon Laford of East Street is scheduled to appear in court on August 31st.  He was charged on outstanding warrants for failing to appear in court, assault and mischief.

Police also report the rear end of a truck including two tires and rims was stolen from a car lot on Great Northern Road.  Cash was also taken from a vehicle that was parked on Bellevue Avenue.  Both incidents occured overnight on Monday.
