SSMPSCity Police made an arrest after an incident of shoplifting on Friday.  Security staff at Walmart made the arrest first after a man was observed putting deodarant and lighters in his pocket while he paid for other products.  34 year old Marty Moore faces a charge of theft under 5 thousand dollars when he appears in court on September 14th.
