Tuition receipts at Lake Superior State University are about $2.5 million down from what school officials were expecting … they’re also running a close to $3 million deficit.     Lake Superior State’s 120 degree programs will be reviewed. School President Tom Pleger says many of the programs have low enrolment.     Staffing levels also will get a look for possible savings.     The school earlier this year trimmed about $2 million from its $38.5 million budget.
