PUC crews were working on an unplanned power interruption this morning, in the eastend, affecting 1200 customers in an area from Queen Street to Chambers, from Dacey Road to Varsity.   It occurred just before 10:30. Power was fully restored just before noon and the cause has yet to be determined.
