PowerOutageAbout 15 hundred PUC customers are without power.  The outage happened before 1:30 this afternoon — a cause was not immediately determined.  Customers affected include those along sections of River Road and Parkshore, Dacey Road east to the city limit, Trunk Road south to River Road and north of Trunk Road in the Manitou Park Area.
