City police are investigating a number of breakins from the weekend – to a home in the 200 block of Hudson Street where a number of electronics were taken including a couple X-box consoles and games along with a TV and stereo system.       A home in the 100 block of Eastern Avenue was entered with tools and a digital recorder among the items taken. And Saturday morning around 7 there was an attempted breakin in the 600 block of Queen Street East – where a male climbed onto recycling bins to gain access to the rooftop of the residence.  He was scared off by the homeowner – with the suspect wearing a dark hoodie, dark pants and black shoes with red markings on them.
