Commercial and Industrial Property Tax Rates Study Findings

Supplied by Sault Chamber of Commerce… Chamber Second Vice President, Jason Naccarato hosts a presentation on our recent Commercial and Industrial Tax Rates Study.   The presentation takes a detailed look at commercial and industrial tax rates in Sault Ste. Marie and at comparisons between Sault Ste. Marie and other municipalities across the province and Northern Ontario.   We hope that after watching the video, you will have a better sense of the  competitiveness of Sault Ste. Marie and of some of the concerns that have been brought forward by the Chamber in recent weeks and months as the City enters its municipal budget process.
