Highway 17 Closure Update

Highway 17 north from Batchewana to Wawa remains closed due to whiteout conditions.
The highway was closed at around 2:30 this morning.

Meantime Highway 17 east has reopened between Blind River and Spanish—–it had been closed for about a one hour period due to weather conditions causing limited visibility.
