Sault Ste. Marie, ON (June 2, 2017) . Brad Jacobs put down his curling broom and rock last week to show
off his fishing and golfing skills for the television series Fins & Skins Classic Adventures. Set to air in the fall,
the episode pits the local curling skip against show host and former CFL all]star Henry Waszczuk. The pair
went steelhead fishing on the St. Maryfs River, then battled it out during a round at the Sault Golf Club.
gIt was a great day, especially the fishing,h said Jacobs, whose curling team took home gold at the 2014
Winter Olympics. gI havenft been fishing in years, but it brought back some great memories of fishing with
my dad when I was a kid. It was my first time fly fishing, and it was an awesome experience. Thanks to Henry
Waszczuk and the Fins & Skins crew and Brad Hodkinson from Soo North Fly Shop for the opportunity.h

other media personnel.
gHosting a show like Fins & Skins provides a great opportunity to showcase the world]class fishing in the St.
Maryfs rapids while also featuring one of our premier golf courses,h said Ian McMillan, Executive Director of
Tourism Sault Ste. Marie. gThis TV show is widely viewed in Canada and the U.S., which gives us an
