Sault Ste. Marie, ON (2017 06 20) – The City of Sault Ste. Marie will kick off its Canada 150 celebrations with the raising of the Canada 150 Flag.
What: Canada 150 Flag Raising Ceremony
When: June 21, 2017 – 12:15 p.m.
Where: Civic Centre

Sault Ste. Marie, ON
Mayor Provenzano will be joined by members of the Canada 150 Mayor’s Committee of Council. Co-chairs, Councillor Myers and Councillor Hupponen will assist the Mayor in raising the flag. Students from F.H. Clergue School will be in attendance to sing O’Canada as the flag is being raised. All are welcome to join in this exciting celebration.

Canada 150 – Sault Ste. Marie Celebrates ‘A Long Road Travelled’ will feature activities on and around four national days: Aboriginal Day (June 21), St. Jean Baptiste Day (June 24), Multicultural Day (June 27) and Canada Day (July 1).
