The high-performance power boats are back for another run on the St. Mary’s River this holiday weekend.
Following last year’s successful inaugural event, the Can Am President’s Cup Poker Run will be hitting the water this weekend and Poker Runs America President Bill Taylor talks about the growth of the event in just its second year in the Sault…

Taylor says there’s a treat this year for boating enthusiasts…

The public will have a chance to see the high-performance boats up close beginning at 5 this afternoon at the Bondar Pavilion as Foster Drive will be closed for the boat display.                                                                                    The poker run goes tomorrow morning with the Parade of Power at 10 and the run beginning at 10:30.
The Charity rides in support of Big Brothers and Big Sisters is scheduled for Sunday from 11am until 2pm. The cost is $150 for adults and $60 for those 12 and under.
Tourism Sault Ste. Marie is hoping this becomes an annual event.
