Police were able to take 33 year old Joseph Elie into custody overnight … the third suspect wanted inconnection with a stabbing incident a couple weeks ago. An unidentified 46 year old male has been charged with discharging a firearm with intent to maim inconnection with a double shooting event that occurred last weekend … an unidentified 21 year old female was charged with assault with a weapon inconnection with the same incident … and a 23 year old male was charged with assault relating to the same incident which stemmed from a domestic matter. Three young offenders were arrested overnight inconnection with a breakin to a garage in Manitou Park and the theft of some liquor.
