SSMPSCity Police made an arrest late Friday afternoon.  28 year old Tyler Ross of Grosvenor Avenue made an appearance in bail court after being charged with mischief under 5 thousand dollars.  It’s alleged that the accused smashed four windows at the Beer Store on Bruce Street.
