OPP were called regarding a pickup that failed to stop for a flag person at a construction zone on Highway 17 North near Whispering Pines Road … and ran over some equipment in the construction zone.  Police caught up with the vehicle and charged the driver with Failing to Stop for a Stop Sign.

OPP were also called regarding a break-in to a camp on Devil’s Lake in Whitman Township over the past couple weeks where a 50 h-p outboard motor, 2 full cans of gas, a blue tool box and assorted tools were stolen.
