SSMPSCity Police made an arrest after an accident on Wellington Street West  on Friday around 11:30 a.m.  Officers located a woman — the driver of the vehicle — that had struck another vehicle.  According to police, the driver was found to be impaired and was subsequently arrested.  41 year old Annette Denis of Franklin Street faces charges of impaired operation and driving over the legal limit when she appears in court on June 29th.

Police also made an arrest at a residence on Friday afternoon.  The call was in regards to information of someone breaching the terms of their release documents.  A 22 year old male faces charges of breach of recognizance and breach of probation when he appears in WASH Court on Saturday.
