Monday mornings are rough, but women say they look their best Monday mornings at 10:06 AM. A poll of 1,000 women by a U.K. skincare brand reveals ladies feel most unattractive on Thursdays at 4:05 PM. Specifically, women said on Mondays between 9 and 11 AM is when they reach their “beauty peak,” and 10:06 AM is when they feel freshest and most attractive. In fact, 72 percent of women say they’re excited to start their beauty routine on Mondays, and 31 percent picked it as the day when they look most attractive. Friday came in second place, with 23 percent of women saying it’s the day they feel most attractive. Just three percent of women said they felt they looked their best on Thursdays, with the main reason being they had steadily lost interest in their appearance over the course of the work week.
