Just after midnight an adult male walking in the area of Korah Road and Wallace Terrace was approached by a male on a bicycle – who stopped him and demanded money – threatening the victim if he did not comply.   The victim handed over an unspecified amount of cash … and the suspect rode off without further incident .  He’s described as being about 6 feet 2, heavy build, Aboriginal with medium length dark hair … wearing a blue jacket and black track pants.
There were reports last evening of three Jeeps being broken into on Second Avenue, First Avenue and Connaught Avenue – the window was smashed on one … and nothing was reported taken.
