Early this morning City Police pulled over a vehicle on Franklin Street – suspecting the driver to be impaired.  He refused to take a breath test and was found to be driving while suspended leading to the arrest of 67 year old Stephen Connor of Franklin Street.
While a 28 year old Goulais River female was spotted at Cambrian Mall and known to have an outstanding warrant against her and upon being stopped was found to have some pot and cocaine in her possession.
