A special flag raising ceremony will be taking place today marking our city’s 104th birthday. A flag raising ceremony will be held at Civic Centre this afternoon at 1. The Naturally gifted emblem has been incorporated in the design of the flag and the City colours of gold and blue are the principle colours.
