A late morning accident on Trunk Road near the intersection with highway 17 east resulted in injuries to five people and the closure of the road at the accident scene for most of the afternoon.
One of the injuries is reported to be life threatening.
The accident just before the noon hour involved two pickups and a motorhome.
The investigation continues.
