Even as a lengthy construction project neared completion on the U-S side of the International Bridge – the weakened Canadian dollar and the ongoing construction on the Canadian side – with still more than 2 years until completion – all combined to see a further dip of 24% in the number of crossings last month when compared to the year before.  There were just under 124,000 crossings.   Year-to-date traffic is down by 20%.  Commuter and full fare traffic were both down by about 25% last month.
