City Police are investigating an Officer Impersonation case over the past week.    It started last Friday night where two males attended a home pretending to be police officers – complete with police equipment and a bulletproof vest … handcuffing two people in the home before searching the place and taking some money. This past Tuesday night the two victims and a third male were approached by one of the suspects again presenting himself as an officer  and when one of them threatened to call Police, he was peppersprayed before the imposter fled.   Early Wednesday morning 20 year old Robert Millar was taken into custody on several charges including impersonating an officer – with Police still investigating and wondering if there were others similarly victimized.
